**Job Title: Billing Executive**

**Location: Pune**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Generate and process billing invoices for hospital services provided to patients.

2. Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for billing.

3. Utilize HMIS billing software to input and manage billing data efficiently.

4. Collaborate with medical staff, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.

6. Prepare and submit billing reports to management on a regular basis.

7. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve billing processes and revenue cycle management.

8. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient billing information at all times.

9. Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Medical Records, and Patient Services to streamline billing operations and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital billing, with a strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.

3. Proficiency in using HMIS (Hospital Management Information System) billing software is essential.

4. Experience with billing to PMC, and other government healthcare schemes is a significant advantage.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and insurance representatives.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing data entry and record-keeping.

7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to patients and stakeholders.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changes in billing procedures, software systems, and regulatory requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
