Urgent hiring IPD Billing Executive at multispeciality hospital in Pune.

Experience : 2+ years relevant stable experience required with Mid/ Large multispeciality hospital in handling IPD Billing.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage IPD Billing Desk
- Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information. - Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality. - Assist patients with requests for information, complaints and resolving issues - Maintain and update patients and referral information.
- Marathi is must. Ability to communicate calmly with patients, co-workers - Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking IPD billing forms and documents for proper information - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or billing software - Proficient in customer service - Active listening and comprehension skills
- Salary : Rs.20,000/- to 28,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.

**Experience**:

- IPD Billing Exe with 80+ beded multispeciality hospital: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi fluently (preferred)
- English & Hindi fluently (preferred)
