**Position**: B2B Hardware Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida

**Experience**: 1-4
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and establish relationships with potential B2B clients for AV/IT hardware solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell AV devices and IT hardware solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively reach out to leads, schedule meetings, and pitch solutions to decision-makers.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- **Market Analysis**: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead in the industry.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AV/IT hardware solutions.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Other**: Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
