**Job Summary**:
Nex Move, a leading packers and movers company, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and expand our online presence. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media channels, and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage customer feedback professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge success and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
- Build and engage with online communities, driving brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and insights.
- Creative, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
