**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. This role will involve market research, digital marketing, customer engagement, and promotional activities to help expand our customer base and strengthen our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of leads.
- Analyse customer needs and preferences to refine marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing:

- Assist in managing company website, social media accounts, and online presence.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO efforts.

Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups:

- Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Follow up with potential clients to drive engagement and sales.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, vendors, and business partners.

Promotional Activities:

- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
