**Job Title**:
**Digital Marketing Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and emerging platforms.
- Assist in the creation of ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Maintain and update the company website as needed.
- Analyze user engagement metrics and website traffic to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support in developing marketing strategies for new product launches or services.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred, e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint).
- **Experience**:

- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
