**We are seeking a marketing associate with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing to join our company Equirus Wealth, part of the Equirus group.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's program in Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Understanding social media marketing and competitors' analysis
- Knowledge of basic SEO
- Good writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.
- Understanding of basic CRM concept

**Tools**:

- Basic knowledge of ZOHO CRM or similar
- Ahrefs/ SEO Surfer or similar
- Google search console/ analytics

**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support in creating & executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Keep a track of all the leads coming through the website and ensure a solid execution on the same by sales and provide comprehensive progress reports.
- Create social media content and manage social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct competitors' analysis to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Consistently analyze and optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine visibility.
- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach the target audience.
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Use ZOHO CRM and pull reports occasionally for insightful analysis.
- Keep track of the website performances & report any anomaly to the manager using tools such as Ahrefs, search console and google analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
