**Position**:
We are looking for a technical leader to provide guidance and intuition for our content
- documentation efforts. We want a creative Content Developer to produce high-quality
- documentation, reference guides and other written resources for our internal and external
- audiences. This content will have a direct impact on the value our customers get from our
- solution. You will join an exciting team and collaboratively work with most groups within the company such as: Customer Success, Support, Engineering, Marketing and Product Managers. You will be responsible to create and manage content that is the source of truth within the company. This is a great role for someone that is looking to immediately make a difference with a great team within a dynamic and growing company. Bring your ideas, creativity, and work ethic, and we will supply the opportunity. You will be a leader for the rest of the documentation team to lean on for guidance, support and direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team of content developers
- Create training materials and technical documents as directed by the product roadmap
- Keep the existing learning content up to date with the latest knowledge of our underlying technology
- Work with stakeholders to gather information needed to verify the accuracy of content
- Develop processes and approaches to more easily maintain existing content
- Review existing learning documents for relevance and timeliness; and make recommendations on their path forward
- Provide ongoing input into product management regarding the current and future training roadmap.

**Must Have**:

- 5+ years technical training content development experience developing creative training solutions within high-tech software companies
- Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex topics and procedures into simple and understandable language.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of content management systems and platforms
- Important to have experience in the Finance industry

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience in expense management, fraud, compliance, invoice management
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence based technology
