Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water to visitors
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing deliveries and courier mails
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to necessary documents.
- Support HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for team meetings and client presentations.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools to execute tasks efficiently.Presentation skill
Excellent verbal & written communication both Malayalam & English languages
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
