
Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling incoming calls, providing information, or forwarding calls to the right departments.
- Making calls to potential clients, customers, or leads to promote products or services.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and managing inventory.
- Assisting visitors or callers with questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Keeping accurate records of calls, feedback, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions required.
- Conducting surveys or asking for customer feedback to help improve services or products.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**: Any Degree
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels, from customers to senior management
- **Professional Appearance**: A professional and well-groomed appearance is often expected as receptionists are the first point of contact
- **Experience** (Preferred, but not always required): Previous experience in office administration or as a receptionist may be preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,707.22 per month
