ViaTerra Gear is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join the team. This role is key to driving our brand's online presence and engagement with our audience. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for implementing, and managing our social media strategy. This role involves sharing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams to enhance our social media presence and achieve marketing goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Google Ads Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Google Ads Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive Google Ads campaign strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimal targeting opportunities.
- Create and manage ad groups, campaigns, and ad copy for various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI).

**Data Analysis and Optimization**:

- Utilize Google Analytics and other data tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creative.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep updated on latest Google Ads updates, features, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms and their functionalities.
- Proven track record of achieving positive campaign results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
