**Production Planning**:

- Analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to develop production plans and schedules.
- Calculate required raw materials and components based on production plans.
- Create detailed production schedules for each production line, considering machine capacity and labor availability.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure timely procurement and avoid stockouts.
- Manage finished goods inventory to meet delivery deadlines.
- Identify and address potential inventory issues like slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- **Production Monitoring and Control**:

- Track production progress against planned schedules and identify any deviations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Communicate production updates and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor quality control metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and shop floor personnel to execute production plans.
- Communicate production status and issues to sales and management teams.

3-5 years experience as PPC executive.
