We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Champion to join our team in Bangalore. If you have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are passionate about sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential customers to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through dedicated effort and strategic sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
**Who Can Apply**:
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A persuasive and confident approach to customer interaction.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**What We Offer**:
- Salary: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and skills).
- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday), day shift.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
