**Job Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Executive with a keen interest in data analytics and business intelligence. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in product management while gaining hands-on exposure to using data to drive product decisions. You will work closely with senior product leaders and cross-functional teams to support product development, user insights, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Research & Strategy**:

- Assist in researching user behavior, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Support the creation of product requirement documents and user stories.

**Data Analytics & BI**:

- Work with internal data sets to generate insights on user engagement and product usage.
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Support data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc reports and analytics.
- Assist in defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics.

**Product Development Support**:

- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams on product development cycles.
- Participate in sprint planning, feature testing, and bug tracking.

**Feedback & Iteration**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback post-launch.
- Contribute to prioritizing product improvements based on user insights and data.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product-market fit.
- Keep all stakeholders updated with clear and timely product documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in product, analytics, or fintech roles (internship experience welcome).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and wireframing tools.
- Interest in Islamic finance or ethical investing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
