Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The role demands an excellent communication skill. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and driving sales growth by collaborating closely with internal teams. Your ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive business value propositions will be key to success in this role. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to identify Product solution opportunities.
- Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate solutions, emphasizing benefits.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in ultrasonic, laser, and automation products.
- Collaboration: Work with technical team to meet customer expectations.
- Pricing Support: Assist management in pricing products competitively.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
- Travel Requirement: Flexible to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
Qualification:
- Any graduate.
- 0-2year of experience in sales.
- Good sales knowledge.
- A flair for selling technical products and in business development.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Benefits**:
- Sales Incentives: You will receive a 0.5% incentive on each sale you make, providing a direct reward for your sales achievements. Additionally, this incentive rate may be increased after 6 months based on your performance.
- Travel Allowance: We provide a travel allowance to cover expenses incurred while traveling for company-related activities. All travel must be approved by the company in advance to qualify for reimbursement.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
