Outdoor Sales Associate

Gold Coins Club & Resort is looking for an energetic and motivated **Outdoor Sales Representative** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales by promoting our resort’s services and packages to potential clients in person. This role involves extensive fieldwork, including meeting clients, attending events, and networking to generate leads and close deals. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and visit potential clients, including corporate organizations, event planners, travel agencies, and individuals.
- Promote Gold Coins Club & Resort’s offerings, including room bookings, event spaces, corporate retreats, and recreational services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and property tours to demonstrate the value of our resort's amenities and services.
- Generate leads through field activities, networking events, and industry-related gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the resort.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective field sales strategies.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve sales tactics, packages, and customer outreach efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an outdoor sales representative, field sales agent, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or event industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and work independently in the field.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting skills.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
