As a Quality Officer in our US-based MNC frozen food manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our frozen food products. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and compliance requirements.

**Quality Assurance**: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards to maintain and improve product quality and safety.

**HACCP Compliance**: Ensure compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards and other relevant food safety regulations.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and product specifications. Prepare and update product quality documentation.

**Quality Audits**: Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Supplier Management**: Collaborate with suppliers to monitor the quality of raw materials and address any quality-related issues.

**Training**: Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance quality consciousness throughout the organization.

**Non-Conformance Management**: Investigate and address non-conformance issues, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

**Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency within the manufacturing process.

**Communication**: Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and R&D, to resolve quality-related issues and drive quality improvements.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant food safety and quality regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with international standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management.
- 1+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
