We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to oversee quality assurance processes across various stages of production. The role involves ensuring the quality of packaging, inspecting raw material assembly, monitoring purchase compliance, and maintaining high standards during the dispatch of final goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify the quality of packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Monitor the packaging process to identify and rectify defects or irregularities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quality discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
  • quality checks during the assembly process to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure purchased materials align with quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks on finished goods before dispatch to customers or warehouses.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
