**Role Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Growth Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential leads, on boarding clients, and building a robust network to expand Magsmen’s reach in the market. This is a collaborative role with earnings directly tied to client acquisition and success

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:Identify and target potential clients through networking, events, digital platforms, and referrals.
- **Client Acquisition**:Present Magsmen’s services, understand client needs, and secure new business partnerships.
- **Relationship Building**:Foster lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- **Market Research**:Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:Work with the Magsmen team to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery..

**Skills**:

- Knowledge about business development, client acquisition (preferably in branding, marketing, or consulting).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
