- Outbound Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound strategy that encompasses leadership, messaging experimentation, tooling optimization, and team coaching to drive pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Performance: Generate a qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds targets, measured by SQLs and pipeline value.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the outbound funnel, reducing lead-to-demo time and increasing conversion rates at every stage.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be results-driven, and have experience in sales development or a related field.
Responsibilities:Team Management: Hire, onboard, coach, and performance-manage SDR & LDR team members to ensure high-performing teams.
Campaign Alignment: Work with PMM to align personas and messaging for effective outreach.
Reporting and Funnel Efficiency: Partner with RevOps to develop reporting, funnel math, and tech-stack efficiency.
