Business Growth Associate

Job Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Associate to enhance client partnerships and optimize staffing deployment for India and US clients under the Time and Materials (T&M) model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in India and the US
- Foster seamless collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely staffing fulfillment
- Oversee T&M engagements including allocations, renewals, and extensions to drive revenue retention and growth
- Promote client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
- Analyze hiring trends and develop talent pipelines in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Provide regular account reports on demand, pipeline, revenue, and delivery metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Staffing Fulfillment Expertise
- Client Relationship Management and CSAT
- Revenue Retention and Growth Strategies
- Excellent Communication, MS PPT, and Excel skills
- Knowledge of IT skills and technology
