The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, creating, and managing campaigns on both social media and native advertising platforms to drive high-quality lead generation. This role includes conducting market research to identify target audiences, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.Responsibilities :Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tik Tok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).Use advanced tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, and Red Track to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.Perform detailed market research to identify and refine target audiences for optimal performance.Analyze campaign performance metrics to adjust strategies, improve ROI, and meet lead volume targets.Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.Communicate with generated leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging lead-generation strategies.Qualifications :Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across both social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tik Tok) and native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).Strong expertise in media buying and optimizing campaigns to meet performance objectives.Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, or Red Track.Skills in market research, analytics, and audience segmentation.Proficiency in campaign management tools, analytics dashboards, and tracking solutions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for lead nurturing and collaboration.Bonus: Experience in international markets or multilingual campaigns.This is an excellent opportunity for a media buying professional passionate about leveraging multi-platform strategies and advanced tracking solutions to drive growth.
