Role Description :

Seeking a full-time Associate Media Buyer – Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, creating, and managing campaigns on both social media and native advertising platforms to drive high-quality lead generation. This role includes conducting market research to identify target audiences, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.


Responsibilities :

  • Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Use advanced tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, and RedTrack to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Perform detailed market research to identify and refine target audiences for optimal performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to adjust strategies, improve ROI, and meet lead volume targets.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communicate with generated leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging lead-generation strategies.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across both social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Strong expertise in media buying and optimizing campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, or RedTrack.
  • Skills in market research, analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, analytics dashboards, and tracking solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for lead nurturing and collaboration.
  • Bonus: Experience in international markets or multilingual campaigns.
