Sales & Marketing Executive

**The Role**
As the **Head - Marketing & Sales**, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and strategy — building impactful campaigns, scaling customer acquisition, and driving performance through smart marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll shape Freyja’s voice, build strong communities, and transform awareness into growth.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead **brand marketing, digital growth, and sales strategy** to drive awareness and revenue.
- Design and execute **performance marketing** campaigns across digital platforms with measurable ROI.
- Build and manage **influencer programs** and strategic collaborations that amplify Freyja’s identity.
- Develop **customer acquisition & retention plans** aligned with business growth goals.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless brand experience.
- Oversee sales performance, set growth targets, and implement initiatives that strengthen conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep Freyja ahead of the curve.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in **marketing, branding, or sales** — ideally in **fashion, lifestyle, or D2C startups**.
- Strong command of **digital marketing, influencer strategy, and sales funnel optimization**.
- Data-driven mindset with creative storytelling ability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for **fashion, innovation, and brand building** in a fast-paced startup culture.
