**Location**: Peenya, Bangalore
**Compensation**: Best in the Industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively acquire new leads through prospecting potential clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and requirements
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Identifying new sales leads and pitching products /or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Analyse market opportunities and help to develop marketing plan.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Researching the needs of other companies and who make decisions about purchasing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong sales background with proven inside sales experience
- Should have a reasonable awareness of local brands and products.
- Experience - 1 to 10 years
Competencies and Skills Required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the required deadline
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop and manage relationships with all channel stakeholders.
- Flexible and enthusiastic.
- Able to work independently
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
