- **Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves selling products or services to clients, developing strategic sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- _Actively acquire new leads through prospecting potential clients._
- _Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets._
- _Identifying new sales leads and Pitching products /or services._
- _Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers._
- _Conduct cold calling and generate lead or inquiry._
- _Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM systems or other tools.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry], with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
