**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience**:

- Provide exceptional dining experiences by ensuring professional, efficient, and courteous service.
- Build relationships with guests to understand their preferences and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and guide service staff, including waiters and stewards, to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct briefings to communicate daily tasks, reservations, and special events.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the smooth functioning of the assigned section or outlet.
- Ensure tables are set up according to standards and check service readiness before opening hours.
- **Menu Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Recommend menu items and beverages to guests based on their preferences.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle large reservations, private events, or VIP setups efficiently.
- **Training & Development**:

- Train new team members on service protocols and customer interaction.
- Motivate the team to maintain consistency and high performance.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Adhere to local and company-specific regulations, including food safety standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in [language requirements if applicable].
- Certification in food safety or first aid is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
