**Job Overview**:
As a Trainee Captain, you will support the restaurant team in delivering excellent service to guests, assist in managing dining operations, and learn key aspects of leading and supervising staff under the guidance of senior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Assist senior captains in supervising the team and coordinating service flow.
- Ensure tables are set correctly and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Assist in managing billing and payments.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and move towards a Captain role.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
