**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Captain to join our team. The Captain will oversee the service and dining experience, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as the Captain will supervise a team of servers, manage guest expectations, and ensure smooth operations on the floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Management**:

- Greet and interact with guests to ensure their dining experience is exceptional.
- Manage and monitor the service flow to ensure all guests are promptly attended to.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, daily specials, and restaurant offerings.
- **Supervising Service Team**:

- Oversee and guide the server team, ensuring they adhere to service standards.
- Train and mentor new servers and staff members.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- **Table Management**:

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of guests.
- Ensure tables are set up properly and meet cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
- Assist with seating guests, ensuring optimal seating arrangements for efficiency and guest comfort.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate guest preferences, special requests, or any issues to the kitchen or management.
- Handle high-pressure situations with grace, ensuring the team stays focused and calm.
- **Shift and Operational Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the restaurant floor for cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure proper stock levels for front-of-house operations (e.g., napkins, utensils, drinks).
- Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- **Leadership and Staff Development**:

- Lead by example and motivate the team to provide excellent service.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in staff development.
