**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in the production of engine oils and lubricants.
- Manage a small team of 3-4 people to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of production tasks.
- Perform quality checks on the engine oil and lubricants during the production process to ensure the products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Test lubricants for performance, viscosity, and other critical properties (e.g., wear resistance, thermal stability) to guarantee product quality.
- Assist in the formulation and development of new lubricants, ensuring product improvements and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular diagnostics and maintenance on production equipment to avoid any downtime.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and quality control of lubricants, additives, and raw materials.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to troubleshoot problems and enhance product quality.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, quality control tests, and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the production environment.
- Provide technical support for resolving issues with equipment or lubricant formulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6-7 years of experience in the engine oil and lubricants industry or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of lubricants, additives, and production machinery, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Proven ability to manage a small team, ensuring productivity and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience performing quality control checks on oil and lubricants, including testing for viscosity, wear, and other performance characteristics.
- Familiarity with industry standards, testing protocols, and regulations governing lubricant production.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing small teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and production issues.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to lubricant production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially during quality control checks.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
