**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize stick welding techniques to fabricate components as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC/R issues to maintain climate control systems.
- Conduct technical sales activities by providing expert advice on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency within the manufacturing facility.
- Use an ammeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT services and infrastructure.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex IT-related problems.
