The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards. This role will focus on **colour matching, defect identification, and maintaining consistent product quality** throughout the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **colour matching** and ensure shade consistency across batches.
- Conduct **quality control checks** at various stages of production to maintain company standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations.
- Ensure compliance with **customer requirements, industry standards, and internal specifications**.
- Maintain accurate **quality records, reports, and documentation**.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework and rejection.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in **Textile Technology, Quality Management, or related field**.
- Proven experience in **quality control/quality assurance** in the têxtile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of **colour matching techniques and fabric testing methods**.
- Good understanding of **quality standards and inspection procedures**.
- Attention to detail with excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word) and quality reporting tools**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
