**Job Summary**:
The **Quality Controller** is responsible for ensuring that all furniture products manufactured by Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd. meet the required quality standards before being delivered to customers. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inspection & Testing**:

- Conduct in-process and final inspections of furniture products.
- Ensure raw materials meet company quality standards before production.
- Perform functional and visual quality checks on finished goods.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
- Document and report defects, rejections, and deviations from quality standards.
- Maintain and update quality control records.

**Process Monitoring**:

- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify quality issues.
- Suggest improvements in production techniques to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality concerns.

**Defect Prevention & Corrective Actions**:

- Identify the root causes of defects and suggest corrective/preventive measures.
- Ensure defective products are reworked or rejected as per company policies.
- Train workers on quality control guidelines and best practices.

**Client Satisfaction**:

- Work closely with the customer service team to address quality complaints.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and implement corrective measures based on feedback.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Manufacturing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
