**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beam Saw Operation**:

- Operate beam saw machines to cut various materials according to specifications.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before cutting.
- Adjust saw blades, speed, and feed rates as needed for different materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.

**CNC Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines for furniture manufacturing.
- Program CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating beam saw and CNC machines in a furniture manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for machine programming and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with specific CNC programming languages and software.
- Familiarity with different types of materials used in furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
