**Job Overview**:
We are hiring Quality Control Assistants to ensure that all raw materials and finished products meet strict quality standards. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and close collaboration with the production team to maintain consistency and excellence in product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials (foam, springs, fabric) and finished mattresses at different stages of production.
- Perform standard tests and measurements on mattress components following established quality control procedures.
- Record inspection results, test outcomes, and any identified defects or non-conformities in logs and databases.
- Report deviations and quality issues to the QC Supervisor or Manager for corrective action.
- Work closely with production teams and QC staff to resolve quality issues in real time.
- Ensure processes and products comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
- Track quality metrics and production workflow data to support continuous improvement.
- Work independently and as part of the QC and production teams to maintain consistent product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications in QC/manufacturing is an advantage).
- Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related role preferred but not mandatory.
