Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant QC to support our quality control team. The candidate will assist in ensuring products meet defined quality standards, conduct inspections, maintain records, and support the production team in achieving defect-free manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in inspection of incoming materials and finished products.
  • Conduct routine quality checks on electronic weighing scales, weighbridges, and EOT cranes.
  • Maintain quality records, logs, and inspection reports.
  • Support QC team in identifying defects and suggesting improvements.
  • Help in preparing products for internal and third-party inspections.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in documenting rework, scrap, and defect reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
