Quality Control Engineer

  1. Quality Inspection:

  2. Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

  3. Use measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), etc.

  4. Identify defects and non-conformities during inspections.

  5. Documentation & Reporting:

  6. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality logs, and compliance documentation.

  7. Report quality issues or deviations to the quality manager or production head.

  8. Quality Control (QC):

  9. Conduct routine quality checks as per inspection plans or quality standards.

  10. Participate in line audits and ensure process adherence.

  11. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action:

  12. Support root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and customer complaints.

  13. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  14. Process Improvement:

  15. Monitor production processes for consistency and suggest improvements.

  16. Work with production and engineering teams to optimize quality control systems.

  17. Compliance:

  18. Ensure products comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/TS

  19. Participate in internal and external quality audits.

  20. Training & Support:

  21. Train operators and junior staff on quality standards and procedures.

  22. Assist in creating quality manuals and SOPs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
