1. **Quality Inspection**:

- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Use measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), etc.
- Identify defects and non-conformities during inspections.

2. **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality logs, and compliance documentation.
- Report quality issues or deviations to the quality manager or production head.

3. **Quality Control (QC)**:

- Conduct routine quality checks as per inspection plans or quality standards.
- Participate in line audits and ensure process adherence.

4. **Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action**:

- Support root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and customer complaints.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. **Process Improvement**:

- Monitor production processes for consistency and suggest improvements.
- Work with production and engineering teams to optimize quality control systems.

6. **Compliance**:

- Ensure products comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949).
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.

7. **Training & Support**:

- Train operators and junior staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Assist in creating quality manuals and SOPs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
