**ERECTION - COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT**

**GOODS LIFT, WIRE ROPE HOIST- CHAIN PULLY BLOCK- MONO RAIL TROLLEY- TRANSFER CARS- HEAVY/ LIGHT DUTY. - CHAIN HOIST GEAR BOXES- D.S.L. - POWER FEEDING SYSTEMS - BRAKES- COUPLINGS GEAR BOXES, and associated systems Service engineer maintenance technician and team.**

**FOR 1 TON TO 150 TON CAPACITY**

**Minimum Qualification : Diploma - Degree equivalent technical experience more than 2 to 3 years.**
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment like CNC Horizontal Boring Machine, Turning Lathe, special purpose machines, Gantry Plano Millers (Large size), plano-miller, 5 axis Machines and conventional machines, fabrication equipment like furnace, blasting painting, CNC gas cutting, rolling, press, welding machine, hand tools & positioner, material handling equipment like EOT cranes,.
- Responsible for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of above equipment.
- Attending Breakdown Maintenance efficiently within the shortest possible time to ensure machine uptime of more than 98 %.
- Identification & purchase requisition of spares.
- Implementation of 5S, Suggestion, Kaizen.
- Conversant with Hydraulic circuit, interface between electrical & mechanical / pneumatic system
- Knowledge of ISO system
- Good communication skill
- **Erection Management**:

- Oversee the mechanical erection of wind turbines, including the assembly of tower sections, nacelle, rotor blades, and other key components.
- Develop and execute erection plans, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with construction teams, crane operators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and safe erection operations.
- **Commissioning**:

- Supervise and conduct the commissioning process, including mechanical system checks, functional testing, and performance verification of wind turbines.
- Ensure that all systems are operating correctly and efficiently before full-scale operation begins.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues identified during commissioning, working closely with technical teams to address and rectify problems.
- **Hand Over/Take Over (HOTO)**:

- Manage the handover process from construction to operations, ensuring that all mechanical systems are fully operational and meet project specifications.
- Prepare and review HOTO documentation, including system manuals, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions for operational staff on the use and maintenance of the wind turbines and associated systems.
- **Technical Oversight**:

- Perform inspections and quality control checks during erection and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Document and report on mechanical system performance, including any issues encountered and solutions implemented.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the delivery and installation of mechanical components.
- **Optimization and Improvement**:

- Analyze erection and commissioning processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay informed about advancements in wind turbine technology and best practices in commissioning and HOTO processes.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments related to erection and commissioning operations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of erection procedures, commissioning tests, and HOTO documentation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of erection, commissioning, and handover activities to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Electrical engineering and related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [2-5] years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on EOT CRANES erection, commissioning, and HOTO.
- Proven experience with the erection and commissioning of EOT CRANES, GOODS LIFT, WIRE ROPE HOIST- CHAIN PULLY BLOCK- MONO RAIL TROLLEY- TRANSFER CARS- HEAVY/ LIGHT DUTY. CHAIN HOIST GEAR BOXES- D.S.L. - POWER FEEDING SYSTEMS - BRAKES- COUPLINGS GEAR BOXES, and associated systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and mechanical design principles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in developing and executing erection and commissioning plans.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication
