Job Title: Cosmetics Technician (Research and Development)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetics Technician to join our Research and Development team. As a Cosmetics Technician, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our cosmetic products. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, and the salary range for this position is up to 50,000 INR.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and experiments to develop new cosmetic formulations, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to formulate innovative cosmetic products that meet market demands and consumer preferences.
- Perform stability testing and quality control checks to ensure product effectiveness and longevity.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments and tests, providing recommendations for improvement and modifications.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetics field to enhance product development processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech or M.Tech).
- Proven experience as a Cosmetics Technician, with a minimum of 3-5 years in cosmetics research and development.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation techniques, ingredient functionality, and regulations.
- Proficient in conducting experiments, performing quality control tests, and interpreting data.
- Familiarity with stability testing and shelf-life studies for cosmetic products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas and findings clearly.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic industry trends and emerging technologies.

Note: This job opening is for research and development purposes in the cosmetics industry, and the required educational qualification is either a B.Tech or M.Tech degree.
