- ** Squad Development and Lifecycle Management**:

- Oversee the development and lifecycle of each squad.
- Organize refinements, translating wireframes into actionable requirements.
- ** Agile Ceremony Establishment**:

- Establish and manage all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- ** User Story Management**:

- Write detailed user stories.
- Ensure features meet customer needs and align with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Design and Engineering.
- ** Feature Prioritization**:

- Prioritize features and break down ideas into manageable parts.
- Ensure the feasibility and timely delivery of features.

- ** Experience: 7+ years**:

- Proven Fintech/banking experience in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- ** Multi-stakeholder Management**:

- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- ** Product Delivery**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
