**Job Description**:
Product Owner

Location: Mumbai, India
Experience: 4-8 years

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and new capabilities based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.- Product Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life from concept to launch.- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and meeting of business objectives.- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth product adoption and execution.- Serve as a key point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.- Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data analytics, user behavior analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and make informed decisions.- Run A/B testing, surveys, and user testing to improve features and optimize the user experience.- Establish and track product success metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes.- Market & Customer Understanding:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer pain points.- Conduct user research and gather insights to influence product direction and enhancements.- Use customer feedback to shape product features and user experiences, ensuring the product meets market demands.- 4-8 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, technology, or digital product domains.- Strong experience in defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.- Proven track record in writing product requirements, user stories, and working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and experience working with workflow management tools such as Adobe Workfront is a plus.- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making and using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they affect user engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise software solutions or productivity tools like Adobe Workfront is a plus.- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar would be an advantage.- Experience in AI/ML-driven product development or knowledge of advanced automation features in products.
