As a **Product Owner **you can help make possibilities happen. **Job Location**:Mumbai **Job Summary**: The Product Owner will be part of the Professional Services team working on multiple customer funded projects. Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams and provide functional guidance on the project direction from initiation through implementation and delivery. The Product Owner shall maintain an intimate understanding of the **payments industry and fraud management **experience and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall ACI product strategy. **Responsibilities**: - Elicits and validates stakeholder requirements. Conducts research and data gathering to analyze and determine appropriate solutions. - Manages entire Requirements process to include documentation preparation and presentation. - Prepare the Software Solution Document (SSD) - Solid understanding of **payments industry **and real time experience in **fraud management.**: - Responsible to create and prioritize product backlog depending on market demands. - Work closely with Tech & Ops team to execute on the roadmap. - Clearly articulates the value proposition and positioning of the product. - Demonstrates thought leadership. - Improves processes and tools that result in positive impacts across the organization. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Support the project manager with planning schedules and guide projects through to completion. - Support the regional Client Services Director and pre-sales team to provide implementation estimates based on solution scope documents. - Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 5 years related experience in the **payments industry and fraud management.** **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job**: - Deep and broad understanding and experience in all aspects of product management. - Good understanding of development frameworks, especially Scrum.
