**About the Role and the Team**
- The Product Owner is responsible for managing the backlog of systems within the Sales domain (primarily Sales Force) and fulfilling the Product Owner role within an Agile framework for an assigned Development Team.
- You collaborate closely with the Head of Business Solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and the Development Team, and ensures the operational implementation of the Product Strategy, the technical roadmap and aligning it with the overall Adform Strategy and priorities.**Your responsibilities**
- Product owner for the agile process in one development team focused on Salesforce and other sales relevant systems
- Manage the entire product life-cycle (idea, development, roll out, maintaining, closure)
- Continuously analyze internal customers’ needs and maintain product backlog and roadmap
- Driving cross teamwork (development, marketing, sales, client service, support, product management)
- Ensure quality by establishing story acceptance criteria
- Act as a conduit between internal customer and development
- Coordinate your work with other Product Owners

**We expect you**
- Have at least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst / Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner
- Have extended experience with Salesforce
- Hold Product Owner certification
- Communicate fluently in English
- Experience with key Agile development practices
- Basic knowledge of Adform business domain and different products.
- Practical sales domain knowledge including relevant regulations, industry standards and best practice for supporting sales processes.
- Have excellent problem-solving (“Can-do” approach) and analytical skills
- Have strong organizational and presentation skills
- Are proactive, self-starting and results driven
- Ability to communicate in a clear, compelling, concise and regular manner, ask questions to gather needed information and clarify uncertainties
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback on both work related and behavioral matters
- Good time management and self-management skills
- Basic cross-functional collaboration and group discussion facilitation skills
