Job Summary:
As a **Sales Associate**, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for assisting them with product inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in the store. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a retail environment while gaining valuable experience in sales, customer interaction, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about product features, promotions, and availability.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Promote store promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize store revenue.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when stock needs replenishment.
- Help with the arrangement of merchandise to ensure an organized and attractive store layout.
- Support inventory checks and manage stock movement.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash, cards, or mobile payments accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are processed smoothly, and receipts are provided to customers.
- Balance cash drawer and ensure it matches transaction records at the end of each shift.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented and easy to locate.
- Ensure changing rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary items.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays and securing the store.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Continuously learn about new products, trends, and features to provide the best advice to customers.
- Stay informed about store promotions, new arrivals, and upcoming sales events.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to improve sales skills and product knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
