Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Nehru Place. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential customers, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field or related is preferred
- Experience with CRM software is a plus

- Mon - Fri, 10-7::30pm ist and Sat, 10-5pm ist
