Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intern&aposs Inside Sales Representative based in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, responding to inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Skills in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology or solutions integration industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
What youll do:
- Learn how to pitch IT solutions & services
- Generate leads and connect with clients
- Assist in preparing proposals & presentations
- Gain real-world exposure in the IT industry
We are looking for:
- Fresh graduates / up to 1 year experience in any field
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
