Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation Ohkla Phase 1NewDehli IndiaJob Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales particularly with a strong background in cold calling The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling emailing and following up on leads - Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs - Sales Targets Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives - Product Knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of company s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections - CRM Management Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the company s Customer Relationship Management CRM system - Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools - Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently Preferred Skills - Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus - Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models What We Offer - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A collaborative and innovative work environment - The chance to be part of a company making a significant environmental impact ref updazz com
