We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Business Development Associates (BDA)** to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and developing their careers in business development. As a BDA, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales teams.
- Engage in market research and gather relevant data to identify potential business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of client requirements.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the sales strategy and approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A strong desire to build a career in business development or sales.
- Willingness to work in the night shift (time zone-based operations).
- Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is a plus.
