**Summary**

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the MD, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their daily operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Calendar Management**:

- Manage the MD's complex and demanding schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and social engagements.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure timely and accurate calendar entries and reminders.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, booking conference rooms, and managing attendee logistics.
- Take accurate and concise meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
- Assist with travel expense reports and reimbursements.
- **Communication Management**:

- Draft and compose correspondence, including letters, memos, and presentations.
- Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of the MD as appropriate.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Handle personal errands and tasks as required, such as banking transactions, personal appointments, and household management (if applicable).
- Assist with social and business engagements, including event planning and guest coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive,
- Proven experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

**Skills**
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong listening and active listening skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to anticipate and resolve problems proactively and effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefits**

A salary of INR 50,000/- per month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
